We are happy for you to download the software and use the service on a trial basis for up to 6 weeks.

During that period we will be in touch to ensure that you are backing up the correct data and explain the finer points. If you feel you wish to continue after the trial, we will send you all the paperwork for you to sign.

WHAT TO DO

To download the software and install there are 2 steps:
1. Using Windows Explorer create a folder (c:\downloads perhaps)

2 . Press the button and SAVE to that folder. It will download and install.

To install from here there is 1 step:
Press the button and then press OPEN or RUN. It will install from the web.

Then you just go through the setup procedure (this registers you at our DataStore). Have a "play", do some backups, problems, just call or email us.

GETTING SET UP

Setting up the software is fairly intuitive but we would say that we know how it works.

THE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED ON FREE TRIAL ON THE SOLE UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

THAT:
The service is provided on an "as is" basis with no responsibility, commitment or liability from either party to either party.

The service may be terminated by either party at will with no notice.

Ownership of the compressed encrypted files stored on our computers will pass from you to us as they are stored.

Whilst on free trial neither party will have any financial liability to the other, however caused or created.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF REVENUE RESULTING FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, NONDELIVERIES, MISDELIVERIES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM BY CUSTOMER BASED ON ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM.

You acknowledge and agree that we exercise no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content of the information passing through the our computers, network hubs and points of presence or the Internet.
Use of the Service or any information that may be obtained there is at Customer's sole risk.

This Agreement will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to choice of law provisions that would cause the application of the law of another jurisdiction. The sole venue and jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Agreement will be the appropriate court located in England.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter, superseding all prior oral and written communications, proposals, negotiations, representations, understandings, courses of dealing, agreements, contracts and the like between the parties in such respect.
